Traveling with a Wheelchair or Mobility Aid
- Collapsible wheelchairs and walking aids are transported free of charge in the luggage compartment.
- Wheelchair spaces on board are available on selected routes, and advance booking is required.
- Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are only allowed if they meet specific weight and size requirements.

Bus Accessibility & Boarding Assistance
RegioJet aims to make boarding and traveling as easy as possible for passengers with reduced mobility.
Services offered:
- Boarding assistance is provided by bus staff upon request.

- Lift-equipped buses are available on certain routes (subject to booking confirmation).

Service & Assistance Dogs
Passengers with disabilities can travel with a guide or assistance dog at no additional cost.
Requirements for service animals:
- The dog must wear a harness and proper label.
- A valid certification document may be required at check-in.
- Service dogs do not require a transport carrier and may sit near their owner.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring the dog does not disturb other passengers.

Companion Travel
