Founded city with various examples of rationalist architecture, expression of the urban logic of the period. It is a city that would have many potentials, unfortunately undervalued, or badly, or not at all. The city needs policies dedicated, in an urgent, undeferred and systematic way, to urban decorum, cleaning and mowing of green areas. There would be much more to say and do, especially with regard to Fogliano lake - and to the whole area as wonderful as it is forgotten - and the seafront which, in the direction of Foceverde, for me, cries out loud an epochal urban redevelopment!!! It would be a great project, in my opinion. At the moment, for a stretch it is truly indecorous at an urban level. On the other hand, the stretch of sea of Riomartino is different, which better preserves the characteristic dunes, typical of the area, offering glimpses of nature and landscape that are sometimes wild, spontaneous and poetic, to be seen and experienced in all seasons!!
