We’ve waited 40 mins just to find a transportation to Twello. There are no buses are running and no taxi available(when you called the number on the taxi, they say they can send one after one hour :D) NS is a terrible transportation company, it is such a shame that it doesn’t have a proper alternative for us to choose when they screwed

A very interesting city to visit when is sunny. Then you enjoy the river and the small streets full with small interesting shops. You'll find here special things you never saw somewhere else.
To have a coffee I'd suggest alongside the river to have a sit on a chair and enjoy not only the nice coffe but also the sun.
