- To visit the Colosseum, you must collect your ticket at Mamertine Prison. Book your Mamertine visit first, then schedule the Colosseum about an hour later.ORP offices:
- St. Peter's Square Omnia Collection Point: Piazza Pio XII 9 (Mon-Sun 9:00-16:00, closed Vatican holidays). Close on 20/04, 08/12, 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01. Open from 09:00 to 15:00 on 24/12 and 31/12. Open from 09:00 to 16:00 on 21/04, 25/04, and 01/05
- Lateran Palace Omnia Collection Point: Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano (Mon-Sat 9:00-16:00, closed on Sun and Vatican holidays. Closed from 24/12 to 01/01 included and from 04/01 to 06/01. Also closed from 17/04 to 21/04, 25/04, and from 01/05 to 02/05. The Lateran Palace is located on the right side of the main facade of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano
- The Pass is digital, so there's no need for a physical card. Just keep your purchase confirmation handy. Supplier offices are available if needed
- For the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, an official voucher will be emailed 24 hours before your visit. Show it at the entrance
