How to use your tickets
- This tour meets at the Alexanderplatz shop, located at the base of the giant TV Tower (Fernsehturm)
- You can find the tour on the northeast side of the tower between the Alex Café and the entrance to the TV Tower

- Children between the ages of 4 and 12 are eligible for the child rate
- All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

- Cancel for free until 24 hours before you visit and get a full refund
