Left us stranded in Lock Haven! We had to change buses but weren’t told we should go into the local UHaul depot to request a connection we had paid for and which was on our ticket. If you can avoid this company, do!

lack of attention to the passenger and could not be addressed in time because the bus had not arrived this causes serious delays for the passengers and the staff does not go out to give explanations to report on the situation.

The drivers made sexist, racist and demeaning comments. The bus itself is also fairly expensive ($125 roundtrip for what is usually a 3 hour drive). Won't be riding again.
