  • If your booking is cancellable, you can cancel it up to 1 hour before your trip.

Refunds

Valid tickets (tickets whose travel date and time have not expired) are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Tickets are refundable by contacting customer service toll-free at:

  • Requests can be made by email during business days at:

info@intercar.ca or via the web refund form.

  • The refund will be the original value of the unused ticket(s), less a 25% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be accepted for expired tickets.
  • Tickets sold as part of a promotion may have different refund conditions.

Bus Ticket Changes

  • If your ticket is exchangeable, you can exchange it up until 1 hour before the departure time.
  • To exchange your ticket, you can either contact Limocar or visit the station directly.
