Concord Coach Lines Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
General Refund Policy
- One-way tickets: Valid for 90 days from the first date of travel.
- Round-trip tickets: Valid for 180 days from the first date of travel.
- Unused tickets within this period are generally eligible for a refund, subject to specific conditions.
- If you plan to travel within this timeframe, there is no need to exchange your ticket, even if it shows a different departure date or time. Simply present your ticket or QR code to the driver.

Refund Process
Non-New York City Service
- Refund requests must be submitted via email.
- A $5 administrative charge applies to all non-New York City service ticket refunds.
- Refund requests should be sent to refunds@concordcoachlines.com.
- The refund process typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
New York City Service
- Online ticket refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
- Requests submitted within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- Refund or rebooking requests must be made by calling 1-800-639-9090.
- A $15 fee applies for refund or rebooking requests.

Refund Exceptions
- Lost or Stolen Tickets:
- If a ticket is lost, passengers must purchase a new ticket.
- If the lost ticket is later found, a refund may be provided.
- Delays and Cancellations:
- Refunds are not issued for bus delays.
- Every effort is made to adhere to the schedule, but connections are not guaranteed.
- Interline Tickets (Joint Service Tickets):
- Tickets involving other carriers must be refunded through the issuing company.

Ticket Transfer Policy
- Tickets are non-transferable.
- If the ticket holder is unable to travel, they must request a refund (subject to fees) and purchase a new ticket for the actual passenger.
- If purchasing a ticket for someone else, book online and email the ticket to them.
How to Request a Refund?
- Non-NYC Service: Email refunds@concordcoachlines.com with your name, order number, and refund reason.
- NYC Service: Call 1-800-639-9090 at least 24 hours before departure to request a refund or rebooking.
- Tickets Purchased at a Terminal: If bought in person, send a refund request by mail to: Concord Coach Lines, 7 Langdon Street, Concord, NH 03301.
