Refund: Allowed with a R100 admin fee.

24 Hours to 1 Hour Before Departure

Rescheduling only: R120 admin fee applies. No refunds.

Less than 1 Hour BeforeDeparture

No cancellations or changes allowed. Ticket forfeited.

Refunds

Refunds processed via the original payment method; may take several days to reflect.

Service Cancellations (Involuntary)

  • If Citiliner Plus Cancels: Passengers can reschedule for free or get a full refund.
  • No Refunds for Delays: Only for canceled services.
