  • Every passenger is allowed to bring 2 pieces of luggage and one piece of hand luggage free of charge.
  • The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 30 kg per passenger.
  • The dimensions of each piece of luggage should not exceed 85 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm.
  • The dimensions of the hand luggage should not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
  • For each additional piece of luggage, passengers must pay an extra fee.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring food and drinks for their personal consumption.

  • Animal carriers must be no larger than 75 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm and must fit underneath the seat.
  • Passengers must purchase a pet ticket to bring their pet on board. The ticket must be purchased at least one day before the journey.
  • Only one pet per customer is allowed.
  • Pets must be kept in the carrier at all times, except when using the toilet.
  • Pets must not be a nuisance to other passengers.
