The bus could have been a little cleaner but not a big deal. The bus driver was extremely courteous and very helpful especially with my luggage.
I had a bus driver that missed every single bus stop and had to turn in EVERY town.. She was very rude and oh ya by the way she made sure I knew was from LA I guess that's her excuse for the rudeness
Old rattling bus
Bus broke down on the highway...your driver rude as hell
The Quality of the Greyhounds I rode on were mostly decent busses, there was once or twice I rode on an older bus that didn't have outlets to charge my cell phone!!! Overall the busses were all clean!!! The back of the bus next to the bathroom was extremely stinky like urine, and poop!! And one of the drivers in Denver or staff at the Denver station was Extremely rude and felt like he had to raise his voice with me just because I was misinformed about one of my bags, that had obviously not been checked in correctly!!! Other than that all the busses were clean and the staff was nice and helpfull!!!
The Bus driver was very cautious on the road. He was very pleasant.
