Totally terrible service. A shame to have such a disastrous public service in France! Inhumane station agents, they close the access doors to the station while the train waits patiently on the platform for departure time. We were greeted by large gestures in the distance which indicated that they would not open the access doors. Not a word, not an exchange. By insisting and knocking on doors to ask for their attention in order to access the station, the SNCF agents come to physically push you to move you away... On the other hand, as soon as the train has left, they open the doors again, come to the point of taunting you in the street in the station square and threaten to use the surveillance videos against you! Notice to the hierarchy, use these videos! You will have evidence of what is really happening at this station, especially in the early hours of the morning! Never again will we travel from Tourcoing and will always favor Lille stations where common sense and communication reign.

Closes the station 5 minutes before the departure of the train never seen before, brought to see again

We only pass through, but this station has recently been sublimely renovated. The welcome from the agents is often cordial and I appreciate the little extra: arrival is in the middle of the platform, which does not involve traveling the entire length of the train, whether you go at the front or at the back of the train.
