Just fine. Clean and modern. Navigating toward the tracks is a bit confusing though. Trains frequently take any track they want, so ask staff or you might be standing slightly in the wrong spot… even if screens / google says one thing it could be the other.

We did a short trip to Buffalo for fun. The waiting room is pleasant.  It's too bad there can't be a coffee shop for those that end up waiting a long time like some of the other passengers that were stuck there for 5 hours.
The bathrooms were nice.

Security and Amtrak personnel were very professional and friendly. You are kept informed on the train status, kinda like the old days, with station personnel telling you what's going on. No pa system you can't here or understand. Felt secure
