I've used Norwich Train Station several times over the years and it's a big train station that has wonderful connections to the UK. I liked the ability to select how I wanted to buy my tickets through the human ticket office through the self-ticket machines or even through the numerous apps these days to get train tickets. There are always staff here and they are wonderful and assist with anything that customers may need.

A pretty little station with connections to london and further around Norfolk. Has shops that stay open fairly late and open early, so it can be a good place to get a little shopping and it has free toilets! Which is always a blessing. Ample waiting areas too.

Probably the best station and trains service I have used across England. The station itself is beautiful with historic architecture with a Morden touch, penty of places to get drinks and snacks with an onsite costa coffee, Starbucks, coop, WHSmith, flower stall and a second coffee shop. Staff are everywhere and happy to help with information and carts to drive disable people from far end of the platforms. The station is very clean and platforms are smooth to walk down. Plenty of ticket machines with someone standing near to assist if needed and a ticket office thats always has someone to serve you. toliets available inside and carpark at front and side of the station. the great Angela is my favourite service to us with freindly staff that are happy to help and relaxing train journeys you can't go wrong, the trains are Morden with information signs, toliets, luggage storage, coat hooks, tables, onboard cafe and spacious seating. Plus the only train service that has a bridge that covers the gap between the platform and train.

It’s the central station in Norwich. Goes to most places and the trains are very accessible. There’s a self service ticketing area. There’s also human assisted service. The station also offers wheelchair services for passengers and this can be pre booked or booked before your trip departure. Has a toilet as well and it’s kept clean.

A great railway station that is very convenient and a good size. Norwich Railway Station has some nice shops including the Co-Op, a Subway, a WH Smith’s and more, all great for buying snacks and drinks before your train departs. All boards are clear and easy to see so you know when your train is arriving and departing and the gates are easy to navigate. Toilets are also free which is always a bonus, however sometimes they can be a bit unclean.
