No elevator in operation on a platform used for long distance ice trains I’d completely unacceptable. The last thing I need as a mother alone with a young child with a big suitcase and a car seat on my back is to struggle up those long stairs. Limited good options with late opening hours at most, only good thing is the parking at the front

I arrived on platform 9 today with my disabled daughter. A disaster, the elevator is still broken. I had to struggle to get her up the stairs.

The toilets were clean. Toilet paper, soap and paper available. With 1 euro you are in. Elevator worked as well as the control panel with the departure and arrival times. This is often not the case at other stations 🧐
