Very beautiful train station but tries nothing to put up the "mandatory étiquette instructions". We were asked to pay a fine by 2 security officers simply because our feet have touched the opposite seats. We were in family 4 seater wing. We still don't know if these were scammers or not but we were asked to pay 60 euros. Beware!! Before travelling through this station. Some of the escalators are still not functional.

Very helpful staff member helped us with 4 bikes negotiate the lifts.

Currently being renovated, so it will presumably improve, but at present there are no elevators to some of the platforms etc. (so people with push-chairs, heavy luggage, etc. are out of luck)

Currently under renovations, the train station is simple, yet slightly elegant in style. The main hall is quite big with ticket windows with reach and lots of ticket machines at your disposal. The platforms are easy to access, yet not accessible for those with disabilities until renovations are complete.

Modern, easily to navigate train station with 4 platforms. Great service to Paris, La Havre and Dieppe. Just read the board and you’ll be okay. Keep in mind that not a lot of people speak English here, so you absolutely need a bit of French to get by.
