Nice train station. I love the old decor. Few restaurants and places to get drinks. Easy access to trains. Taxi stand right out front. Really close to center of Florence. Love the train spotting here….

Nice station with good options in terms of stores. Few places to sit down, only 1x toilet near line 5 costing 1€ per person and not very clean. Thank me later for this ADVICE / TIP: - FREE Lounge with Wi-Fi and toilets (for free), just cross the street, enter Diplomat Hotel Florence and go upstairs.

Nice station. Looks great with too many people. The floor is made out of marbles. The only weird thing is, the name of the station is not written anywhere. So it can be confusing as well.

I couldn't find a seat at the station. Old style, pretty. The "biglietteria" works well and fast.

I was nervous to use a train for the first time in Italy on my own but this station is not overwhelming or complicated. Boards are clear and tracks are easy to find, it's relatively small and I didn't feel unsafe in any way.
