Terrible experience of a very rude guard on the train from Cadiz, who made me and my friend pay a 12 euro fine each for not having the right tickets. He didn't speak English and wouldn't explain why - we used the same tickets the day before and everything was fine!

Wonderful city. Easy to get around. Lots to do. I will be back!

The excellent cafeteria. What I don't understand is how the station can be without air conditioning. I find it unfortunate that they can work like this

Renfe employees, terrible management, they do not help you or solve any of your doubts to buy them in the machine, especially a girl who is there in the morning who could not have been more unpleasant. I leave super angry without being able to buy the tickets having to manage it online. (They already have a guaranteed public salary...) That it is not without a problem, he tells me.

After more than an hour and a half in line and despite the fact that the ticket office hours had yet to end, they closed the ticket offices to make cash without even leaving one ticket office operational.
Unqualified personnel who have no more information about the Renfe subscription than the user themselves know. Despite going to the ticket office three times, they couldn't solve the problem and each one told a different story. I had to go to my destination station San Bernando where the problem was solved in no more than 15 or 20 minutes.
Sometimes I think that it is not so important to have a station that is as beautiful and aesthetic as it is functional and fast.
