Bradford Interchange is indeed a transport hub. Well situated in the city center. An Interchange for both buses and trains. One can easily find information through the different displays and from the ticketing offices. The staff are always available to help and give directions. The environment, buses and trains are very neat and tidy. There are cafeterias for light meals, snacks, and coffee. A lovely place.

Excellent for wheelchair accessibility, staff are friendly and helpful with giving assistance to make your journey smoother.
Our train had been cancelled, and we had a wedding to attend so we were panicking a little. The staff did everything they could to sort things out for us, and we were able to board another train quickly.
Staff also made sure we had assistance for the next step of our journey too, which was much appreciated.

After our train to London was cancelled, we had to catch a later train and were guaranteed no seat and were 2 hours late for an appointment. The train staff at Bradford interchange were fantastic, especially Stuart, who went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and taken care of and managed to get us a seat for our 3 hours late journey. Truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much .

I definitely relished the opportunity to use this merger of a bus and railway station, as someone that found my quickest route by bus but is an avid rail fanatic! The bus stands offered sufficient space on both arrival and departure, from where I made my way across the station's large area with ease. A sturdy, triangular glass roof protects all passengers from the rain, while there is a different roof at the entrance with a unique style. The sign for Bradford Interchange is easily noticeable, on which I am fond of the Metro logo's inclusion.
