Boltons a great place to come for a social day out or watch the mighty Bolton Wanderers.

I went to station in June to buy tickets to York. The man at the ticket office, l think Geoff was his name was extremely helpful and patient. He was the first person l had spoken to that day , he helped me so much. Getting older isn't always easy to do things you don't do every day. If we want to take cars off the road and help the environment using a train will help enormously. Please keep the ticket offices open. We are not all computer sassy, this has taken me ages to do.

There is an extremely loud high frequency speaker/mosquito alarm on platform 3, likely to scare the pigeons, however it has the secondary effect of torturing children, teenagers, and anyone who looked after their ears in their youth. I am just shy of 27 and I had to put ear plugs in to prevent hearing damage and avoid insanity. This is a shocking display by the management of the station showing a clear lack of regard for the health of people's senses.

Better than the last time travelling via this station. The refit has definitely improved the station and the WHSmiths shop is a plus. Seating and toilets must be waiting for the next stage of the refit. Staff at the barriers helpful and friendly unfortunately member of staff on the platform useless.

I have been going from this station for long time but one time I bought the off peak return ticket instead of any time, When I went to train station they check my ticket and said I can’t go until 10:00, then I realised this is why OffPeak Is but cheaper However I bought new ticket again in that day But one thing was very disappointing is there were 2 Ticket Officers next to barriers look like from south Asian, both of them started laughing at me and start yelling at me in my language just because I have slightly wrong tickets!!! I was very calm because I had GCSE Math exam Still it was vey disrespectful! Is this How you treat your customer??!!
