Good sized station, well equipped if expensive. Slightly odd arrangement for the Enterprise Train - your email QR code must be scanned and exchanged for a paper ticket on arrival at the station. Wonder if this process could be shortened - reminds me of the Eurolines process in Busáras, Dublin.
The station itself is pleasant, with Starbucks and Upper Crust.
The enterprise train is excellent. Highly recommend paying the premium for business class. Breakfast (separate charge) is small but very good and worthwhile. Service is pleasant, occasionally very brisk which may put some off. If boarding at Belfast, you will have around 5mins or so after departure (possibly less) to decide your breakfast and drinks. A hot towel is offered on approach to Dublin.

My best train station.
Loving, ever smiling, good listening staff they have here.
Has a coffee shop, drinks, and chocolate stand.

This is our departing train for our next stop city of Dublin. The whole experience is seamless. We print our QR code and by then we were issued the official train ticket in return. Very organized setting and the train left as per the schedule.

Belfast Lanyon Place (formerly Belfast Central, and known colloquially as Central Station) is a railway station serving the city of Belfast in Northern Ireland. Located on Bridge Street in the Laganside area of central Belfast, it is one of four stations in the city centre, the others being Great Victoria Street, City Hospital and Botanic. Lanyon Place is the northern terminus of the cross-border Enterprise service to Dublin Connolly. It is also served by Northern Ireland Railways, which operates routes to other locations in Northern Ireland, including Derry, Bangor, Portadown and Larne

Trains to Carrickfergus are every hour and are often late. On Saturday 1st of July the last train was cancelled leaving me and my friends and many others stranded in Belfast and having to find our own way home after paying for tickets. There was no attempt to help with a bus alternative or anything. No information from the staff on why it was cancelled or if there would be any help from them.
