Aberdeen

The station is located in a nice and convenient location that allows the passengers to move around Aberdeen city easily. There are ample seating arrangements for the passengers to sit and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's pretty much a state-of-the-art train station. The facilities and equipment are functional and modern. There's not much to write in terms of demerits - the only issue one might have is that it is relatively difficult to find as it is integrated with Union Square (see photos). This might prove to be problematic for people who aren't familiar with Aberdeen

Nice train station especially the location is perfect as it is middle of all attractive places in Aberdeen. This station lies between a Parking area and a shopping mall (Union Square).

It's all changed now so you have to climb some stairs (you have to tap your ticket first) then there's a brand new "tunnel" leading you to the shops which includes WHSmith and Union Square. It's not that hard to navigate, but I'm not quite sure what the point of the upgrade was

A relatively small and basic station considering the size of the city. I was expecting more, especially when ordering first class. The Coffee / Tea machine was not working when we last went and there were no other services available. In comparison to many of the other stations, it's by no means up to the level where it should be.
