We been waiting for train for over 40min, the lady on platform 1 was great. Communicated every step and brought water on this hot hot day. Thank you!

I think it was a good place to visit yesterday for my trip journey to check out these famous hotels and shopping malls in the afternoon but at least I bought something. I would have liked the food there as well.

Slough station staff is very poor , I had pay for week they show my card one day early expired. They did not show me any reason and prof and charge extra money the staff totally ignored the situation there is no any reason no any warning just get money I was in rush to go on job that’s why i had pay that money because nothing changes in me with 30 pounds but may be they are very poor the station handler’s not pay well to their staff one of lady of the staff she always smoke there no take care about the baby everyday I see to her with the cigarettes. Totally rubbish service by stafff honestly recommend to people talk with them by their way of talking they use ruff spoken honestly recommend everyone by the tickets online nobody face to them cheeep people nonsense 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The person who’s sitting next to the Barriers are useless. When asked if he could print the tickets. He’s just pointing to the machines but the machines were busy. And we missed our train. Who is responsible for recruiting employees like these? Money well spend.

Slowly but surely train station is being updated to expectations...many train links available...staff are polite and helpful...there's is ample parking front and back entrances and generally a nice clean big station
