This is a massive station, it is well kept and always clean. The trains are very frequent and you can go almost anywhere which is helped by the Elizabeth Line. Staff Information boards are on each platform which can be helpful to see where on the line your train is. If there is a train on a platform there are almost certainly a member of staff who will help and in my experience they have always been very friendly. If you are hungry there are shops on the overpass which can be good for a quick breakfast on the way to work. When there was a fire at Maidenhead station and the station was hectic (understandable) the station staff were out in force at the information points keeping passengers updated.

My daughter was travelling on her own back from uni. Trains were being cancelled and delayed and she politely asked one of the workers if they knew how long the delay might be with the Cardiff train. He was really rude to her and sarcastic to her. Appalling customer service.

Massive station, easy to navigate and trains running at least every 5 minuets to the London terminals. Free WiFi, toilets and waiting rooms. Trains also go to Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester, Worcester, Plymouth, Manchester, Southampton and Bournemouth. Saw my first Elizabeth line train here
