I went here for a school trip and overall it was good. As we came early in the morning, everything was cleaned although there was already trash (just a little). However, the train was on time and we haven't got any big problems with staff.

Clean, mostly well signposted station with pay parking along the southeast side. SNCF service was great. Convenient for exploring the Auvergne by train, bus or car with the AVIS car rental right next to the station
