I've always liked Cambridge Train Station as it's very well connected and you're able to practically go anywhere. There is also a hotel and lots of high-quality shops nearby and there used to be a lovely AMT coffee shop here however it was out in administration which is sad because I used to love having my drink from there and then admiring the views.
The toilets are always well maintained and I've felt safe here. There is a lift to be able to take you to any part of the station and it's all non-smoking too with plenty of benches to sit and wait for the train. I do think the station is quite big and you get to see the love the staff put into keeping this station clean and attractive. Good job!

What a wonderfully well connected station! Trains can take you almost anywhere, London, Brighton and Birmingham to name just a few places.
One could write an essay about ticket prices, they should be cheaper than driving if people are expected to let the train take the strain.
There is step free access to all platforms via the lifts.
There's also a good range of places for snacks and coffee.

Ok station. Small terminal. Easy access to buses and city. Tracks are not the most accessible. Clean, shops and restaurants.

A beautiful students city where you can meet a lot of young people. An amazing and vibrant city!

“Excuse me sir, so sorry could you leave the ticket barrier open, I have two large suitcases and a valid ticket.”
“No.”
“Please help me out sir, you can see I’m carrying so many large items.”
“As I said, no. Go through the gate yourself.”
And so I gave up, struggled with validating my e-ticket as expexted, and fell down at the ticket barriers when I lost my balance. My IKEA bag broke, its items spilling everywhere.
Then the two staff laughed. In my face. No help came.
A simple act of kindness goes a long way. If our railway workers want solidarity from passengers, least they could do is to be kind.
Disappointed with Greater Anglia.
