<li>All tickets are <strong>non-refundable</strong>. </li>



<li>After the scheduled departure, tickets hold no value and cannot be refunded.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Exchanges</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>If your ticket is exchangeable, you may exchange it <strong>before the departure date</strong>.</li>



<li>A <strong>15% fee</strong> applies to all exchanges. Tickets must be exchanged directly through Maritime Bus customer service or at the bus station.</li>

<li>You can reschedule tickets <strong>before the original travel date</strong> for a fee of <strong>15%</strong>.</li>



<li>Round-trip tickets that are altered will result in one-way fare charges. Tickets hold no value after the scheduled departure time.</li>
