<li>Only domestic pets are allowed, and they must travel in the luggage compartment in rigid carriers.</li>



<li>Brachycephalic (short-nosed) pets are prohibited from travelling due to safety concerns.</li>



<li>Maximum travel duration for pets in the luggage compartment is 8 hours.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Service Animals</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Only guide dogs and service animals are allowed in the bus cabin, with proper documentation required.</li>



<li>Must wear a harness and have a certified vaccination card and medical certificate.</li>
