Concord Coach Lines Pet Policy

Concord Coach Lines has a strict no-pet policy on all of its buses. Pets are not allowed on board, regardless of size or breed.

Service Animals

The only exception to the no-pet policy is for passengers travelling with service animals.

Eligibility for Service Animals

  • Service animals are permitted at no extra cost.
  • The service animal must be trained to assist passengers with disabilities.
  • Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals and are not permitted.

Service Animal Guidelines

  • Behaviour: Service animals must be well-behaved and remain under the passenger’s control at all times.
  • Seating Arrangement:
    • The animal must sit in the passenger’s foot space and cannot take up a seat.
    • If additional space is needed, passengers should contact Concord Coach Lines Customer Service in advance.
  • Documentation: While not always required, it is recommended that passengers carry documentation verifying that their animal is a service animal.

Travelling with a Service Animal

Passengers with disabilities travelling with a service animal are encouraged to:

  • Notify Concord Coach Lines in advance to ensure proper accommodations.
  • Arrive early to allow for a smooth boarding process.
  • Follow all service animal requirements to ensure a safe and comfortable trip for all passengers.
