Concord Coach Lines Pet Policy
Concord Coach Lines has a strict no-pet policy on all of its buses. Pets are not allowed on board, regardless of size or breed.
Service Animals
The only exception to the no-pet policy is for passengers travelling with service animals.
Eligibility for Service Animals
- Service animals are permitted at no extra cost.
 - The service animal must be trained to assist passengers with disabilities.
 - Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals and are not permitted.
 
Service Animal Guidelines
- Behaviour: Service animals must be well-behaved and remain under the passenger’s control at all times.
 - Seating Arrangement:
- The animal must sit in the passenger’s foot space and cannot take up a seat.
 - If additional space is needed, passengers should contact Concord Coach Lines Customer Service in advance.
 
 - Documentation: While not always required, it is recommended that passengers carry documentation verifying that their animal is a service animal.
 
Travelling with a Service Animal
Passengers with disabilities travelling with a service animal are encouraged to:
- Notify Concord Coach Lines in advance to ensure proper accommodations.
 - Arrive early to allow for a smooth boarding process.
 - Follow all service animal requirements to ensure a safe and comfortable trip for all passengers.
