Cometa Pet Policy
If you're planning to travel with pets, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Allowed Pets: Small-sized pets, limited to one pet per passenger, are permitted onboard.
- Pet Carrier Requirement: Pets must be transported securely inside a transport container (maximum dimensions: 41x36x33 cm) at all times during the trip.
- Documentation: Present updated vaccination records and relevant health certificates at boarding.
- Guide Dogs: Certified guide dogs accompanying visually impaired passengers travel free, without containers, but require proper identification.
- Passenger Consent: A written consent form acknowledging agreement to transport the pet onboard is required from neighbouring passengers adjacent to the traveller with pets.
