Autobus Maheux Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations

• If your ticket is cancellable, you can cancel it before your scheduled trip.
• A 25% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
• Important: Cancellations must be made before the trip starts; otherwise, the ticket is non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refund requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure.
• Eligible refunds are processed at 75% of the ticket’s value.
• If only part of a ticket is used, the remaining unused portion is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Tickets

• Tickets purchased during promotions or from economic booklets are non-refundable and cannot be modified.

Bus Ticket Exchanges

• Some tickets can be modified free of charge if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure.
• Changes are limited to departure times and dates; ticket prices and conditions may vary for modified tickets.
• Passengers are responsible for paying any fare difference between the original and new tickets.
