A única vantagem de embarcar no Castelo é a localização, fica próximo ao metrô, diferente da Novo Rio que tem um dos piores acessos da logística carioca. No Castelo não há variedades para consumo ou agentes para dar informações. Para ir ao banheiro, pegue o elevador. Felizmente há pontos para recarregar o telefone e sentar enquanto aguarda a condução. Pela falta de informação no local, caso não seja da cidade, estude para onde vc precisa ir ao desembracar antes de chegar. Se comprou sua passagem, chegue próximo ao horário de embarque, não há estrutura agradável para esperar.

É horrível, uma fornalha, além de totalmente claustrofóbico. A parte em que temos que esperar ônibus é desumana. Ainda mais porque a demora é cada vez maior para os ônibus com destino à zona oeste. O via Barra ainda sai com maior frequência, mas ele demora muito mais pra chegar ao ponto final. Os que partem via Av. Brasil estão virando lendas urbanas. No horário de rush, a espera chega a mais de 1 hora e os fiscais até dão uma sumida dali pra não terem que ficar aguentando a insatisfação e a reclamação dos passageiros. Tem a parte com as lojas e restaurantes do outro lado. Um pedaço mais claro e arejado.

alguém sabe me informar se nesse terminal consigo pegar transporte para a cidade de Rio Bonito? não sou da cidade e gostaria de saber. é muito longe do aeroporto santos dumont, no mapa vi que é perto, dá pra ir a pé, ou posso chamar um uber quando chegar la?

Terminal usado para viagens interestaduais ,cobram um valor de taxa de embarque muito alto e quando você precisa ir ao banheiro é preciso pagar outro valor muito alto.poderiam avaliar essa questão .
