Estación de tren Vigo Guixar

I don't think that I've ever been treated this badly in any train station ever. I don't speak Spanish but I wanted to buy a seat reservation. This woman literally screamed Spanish words in my face and mocked me for not knowing what to say. She just screamed at me and wanted to grab my phone. I've had language barriers before, especially in Spain but so far, every person tried to help me in a polite manner. I can't believe someone this unfriendly works in customer service. A shame.

I moved from here to Bilbao by train. It was not difficult to buy a ticket to my destination.

It is a train station, not much to tell. It is close enough to the city centre, easy to find and clean. Staff seemed friendly, too. Only thing I missed was having more seats.

Well equipped train station. It has a cafeteria and prices are quite reasonable. Seating is available for travellers in the concourse of the station and all platforms are accessible to disabled users and other travellers to various destinations.

Small bit nice clean and tidy secondary railway station. Urzaiz is Vigo's main railway station. There's a good daily service to Porto. It's easy to buy tickets online & show train conductor in pdf format without printing. The car park is large and relatively cheap. There's a good cafeteria and free Wi-Fi. There's seating areas outside too. Good train info screens. Reasonably accessible from centre near Port.
