Wanda Coach Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Wanda Coach tickets are non-refundable once purchased, even in cases of duplicate transactions or delays caused by weather or traffic. However, you may reschedule your travel up to 2 hours before departure with a fee ($10 per ticket; $20 for services by certain providers), unless you have trip protection, which offers more flexibility. Under trip protection, you can reschedule an unlimited number of times or get refunds in reward points or the original payment form under certain conditions.
