Vamoose Bus Ticket Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds
Vamoose Bus provides flexible options for modifying reservations, but all tickets are non-refundable. Below are the policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and missed trips.
Modifying a Reservation
- Passengers can modify their reservation at no additional charge.
- Changes must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure.
- To modify a ticket, passengers can click the "Reschedule" button on the Vamoose Bus website homepage and follow the steps.
- If a change is needed within 2 hours of departure, passengers must contact customer service directly.
Ticket Cancellation Policy
- All tickets are non-refundable once booked.
- If travel plans change, passengers can place the ticket "on hold" instead of canceling it.
- "On hold" tickets are valid for one year and can be reactivated for a future trip.
- Once placed on hold, passengers will receive a new "on hold" ticket via email.
Missed Bus Policy
- If a passenger misses their scheduled bus, the ticket cannot be rescheduled.
- However, the missed ticket may be used as a standby ticket for a later bus, provided there is an available seat.
- Standby seating is not guaranteed and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upgrading or Downgrading a Ticket
- Passengers can request an upgrade to the Gold Bus by paying the difference in fare.
- If switching from a Gold Bus to a regular bus, a company credit for the price difference will be issued.
- Upgrades and downgrades must be completed prior to the day of travel.
