  • Cancellations made over 60 minutes before departure will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without penalty fees.
  • Cancellations requested less than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure may incur charges or partial refunds.
  • Tickets purchased using promotions or special fares may have different cancellation and refund terms.
  • The original payment method must be presented to process a refund.
  • All changes and cancellations can be managed online via Turistar’s website, mobile app, or at authorized sales points.
