Ticket Options

• Lower Saxony Tariff & Ticket: Valid on Metronom trains.
• Deutsche Bahn (DB) Tickets: Accepted, with some exceptions.
• Regional Transport Association Tickets: HVV, GVH, VBN, and VSN tariffs apply.
• BahnCard Discounts: Discounts of 25%, 50%, and 100% are available.
• Semester Tickets: Valid if covered under a regional student agreement.
• Military Service Members: Free travel for German armed forces personnel with valid authorization.

Ticket Issues

• If a ticket machine is broken, report it to a passenger attendant.
• Fare surcharges must be paid within the specified period; objections can be raised.
• If you forget your season ticket, you can present it within 7 days to reduce the surcharge.
