Travel Companions: If an official certificate states that the disabled person requires a companion, the companion can travel free of charge. This also applies to reserved seating for the companion.

Foldable Wheelchairs and Walking Aids:

  • Mobility devices are transported free of charge.
  • Passengers using standard seats can have their folded wheelchair stored in designated areas.

Wheelchair Users

If you need to remain in your wheelchair during the trip, contact customer service at least 24 hours before departure.

  • Width: 70 cm (Germany) / 79 cm (Sweden)
  • Length: 120 cm
  • Maximum weight: 350 kg (including the passenger).
  • Trains have specific areas with designated seats.
  • Additional legroom or other specific seating arrangements may request these while booking, although extra fees may apply.
