Flixbus Cancellation and Refunds
Involuntary Cancellations (by Flixbus)
- Option to reschedule at no cost or request a refund.
- Refunds issued as a voucher or monetary refund, depending on payment method.
- Refunds cover the full ticket fare and any fees paid.
Voluntary Cancellations (by Passenger)
- Must be made at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Cancellations can only be done online or at physical ticket sale locations (e.g., bus terminals or ticket offices).
- Refunds in the form of a voucher, amount varies based on timing. Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
IMPORTANT: If a trip is delayed bymore than 120 minutes or rescheduledbymore than 120 minutes, a full refund in the form of a Cancellation Voucher will be issued.
No Refunds (all fares and fees)
- If don't cancel or reschedule 15 minutes before departure.
- If the passenger is removed from the bus for violating terms.

Bus Ticket Changes
Rescheduling
- Allowed up to 15 minutes before departure.
- Online or at physical ticket points of sale (e.g., bus terminals, ticket offices). Bus drivers and Customer Service representatives cannot modify ticket reservations.
- Original ticket canceled, and a new one issued (the value is partially or fully refunded, depending on the rescheduling).
- Any fare difference must be paid by the passenger (If it is cheaper, the remaining balance is issued as a voucher).
Unused Tickets
No refunds or credits if not rescheduled or canceled 15 minutes prior to departure.
Ticket Changes Service Fees
- Non-refundable in cases of voluntary cancellations or rescheduling.
- Additional fees may apply for rescheduling at physical ticket offices.
