Priority Seating
- Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility are given priority seating at the front of the bus.
- While Eurolines does not allow seat reservations, passengers who require priority seating should arrive early to secure an accessible spot.
Wheelchair and Mobility Device Transport
- Collapsible wheelchairs and mobility aids can be transported free of charge.
- Non-foldable wheelchairs must be checked in advance to ensure the bus can accommodate them.
- Passengers must notify Eurolines at least 36 hours before departure if they are traveling with a wheelchair or mobility device.
Assistance with Boarding
- Eurolines staff will assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and stowing mobility aids.
- Assistance is only available at bus stops with designated staff; some stations may not have full accessibility features.
Accessible Buses
- Not all Eurolines buses are wheelchair accessible.
- For routes with accessible buses, passengers can board via a wheelchair lift or designated ramp.
- Due to bus configurations, seating space for passengers who remain in their wheelchairs may be limited.

Traveling with a Service Animal
