<li>Refunds are provided for canceled tickets within the specified timeframe.</li>



<li><strong>No refunds for missed departures</strong>.</li>

<li>Tickets can be exchanged <strong>up to 3 hours before</strong> departure.</li>



<li>Contact the bus company or go to the bus station to change the date/time of your trip.</li>

<li>A <strong>20% rebooking fee</strong> applies along with any price differences for the new ticket.</li>
