<section id="baggage-policy"><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Carry-On Baggage</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Passengers are allowed <strong>one</strong> piece of hand luggage not exceeding <strong>7kg</strong>.</li>



<li>Must fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment.</li>



<li>Fragile, valuable, or perishable items should not be included in carry-on baggage.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Checked Baggage</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Passengers may bring up to <strong>two</strong> pieces of baggage, <strong>not exceeding 25kg in total</strong>.</li>



<li>Cross-border passengers may be subject to different baggage regulations.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Excess Baggage</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Extra baggage may be allowed <strong>subject to additional charges</strong> based on size and weight.</li>



<li><strong>Fee:</strong> R10 per kg for excess baggage.</li>



<li>Delta Coaches reserves the right to refuse excess baggage if it cannot be accommodated.</li>
</ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Restricted Items</h2><ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Unaccompanied luggage <strong>will not be accepted</strong> for transportation.</li>



<li>Prohibited items include:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Fragile, valuable, or perishable items</strong> (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics, important documents).</li>



<li><strong>Flammable materials</strong> or dangerous goods.</li>
</ul>

<li>Delta Coaches is <strong>not responsible for lost or damaged baggage</strong>.</li>
