Concord Coach Lines Baggage Policy

Carry-On Luggage

• Allowance: One (1) carry-on bag per passenger.
• Size Limit: Must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.
• Storage Availability: Carry-on bags should be compact to avoid taking up excess space.

Checked Luggage

Concord Coach Lines allows passengers to bring checked baggage with the following restrictions:

• Standard Allowance:
  • Two (2) checked bags per full-fare adult ticket.
  • One (1) checked bag per half-fare (child fare) ticket.
• Weight Limit: Each bag must weigh 50 lbs (22.7 kg) or less.
• Heavy Luggage:
  • Bags over 50 lbs will be tagged as "HEAVY", and bus drivers or terminal staff are not required to handle them.
  • Passengers must be able to lift heavy bags on their own.

Excess Baggage

Passengers traveling with extra bags beyond the standard allowance will be charged an additional fee:

• Fee: $5 per extra piece of checked baggage.
• Subject to Space Availability: Excess baggage is only accepted if space allows on the bus.
• No Checked Baggage Service: Concord Coach Lines does not check bags through to final destinations.

Special Items & Restrictions

Certain items have specific guidelines when traveling with Concord Coach Lines:

Bulky Items (Sports Equipment, Musical Instruments, etc.)

• Bulky items may be permitted but must fit within the checked baggage size limits.
• Items larger than standard baggage allowances may require advance approval.
• Oversized luggage may be subject to additional fees.
• Passengers should contact Concord Coach Lines Customer Service before travel to confirm acceptance.

Strollers

• Collapsible strollers are allowed at no extra charge but must be stored in the luggage compartment.

Wheelchairs & Mobility Devices

• Collapsible wheelchairs and mobility aids are transported free of charge.
• Advance Notification: Passengers requiring storage for mobility devices should notify Concord Coach Lines in advance.

Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, certain items are not permitted on board:

• Furniture or large appliances.
• Hazardous materials (flammable substances, explosives, etc.).
• Firearms or weapons (unless in compliance with applicable laws).
• Live animals (except service animals).

Lost or Damaged Luggage

• Concord Coach Lines does not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage.
