Ticket Cancellation

• Involuntary cancellations: If your service is canceled, you can either reschedule or receive a refund.
• Voluntary cancellations: You must cancel at least 15 minutes before departure.

• You can change your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure, but fare differences may apply.
